Every once in a while I need to copy the text from a pdf to a word document or somewhere else. After a little searching I found this little gem. Nothing serious, not always accurate on fuzzy/grainy pdf’s but it gets the job done in a pinch and doesn’t cost and arm and a leg like OmniPage.
