Ticket System
Right before Thanksgiving we purchased an online ticketing system that integrates with Outlook and QuickBooks. I was not entirely sure how well it would work out but my larger clients love it (they can submit and track their own tickets) and it has really helped inside our office as well. We are better able to keep track of the work and get it completed ahead of schedule. We used Outlook and BCM for a long time and tried to use Google Wave – both just did not meet our needs. We made them work but with this system everything is clicking. Integration with Outlook was easy. The QuickBooks integration is not complete yet but the little I have done with it is very nice – I have them linked but realized that all the settings are not setup yet. Very exciting.
